How to use the meeting planner

Search for and add all the cities your meeting participants are in. Then pick a date and time — the planner shows what that moment looks like locally for each city, so you can instantly see who is in business hours, who is early or late, and who you might be waking up.

The time you enter is in your local timezone, detected automatically from your device. Change the date or time and all results update instantly.

Perfect for

Remote teams scheduling a standup. International sales calls. Coordinating with family abroad. Scheduling a webinar across multiple continents. Any situation where you need everyone to show up at the right time.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I find a good time for a meeting across time zones?+
Add all the cities your participants are in, then use the date and time controls to find a slot where everyone shows as a Good time (green). Avoid times that show Evening or Likely asleep for any participant.
What time is best for a global meeting?+
There is rarely a perfect time that works for everyone worldwide. The most common compromise for global teams is early morning US time, which overlaps with late afternoon Europe and early or mid morning the next day for Asia-Pacific.
How do I avoid scheduling meetings in the middle of the night for someone?+
Add their city to the planner. Any time that shows as Likely asleep or Evening for their city should be avoided. Aim for times that show Good time for all participants.
Does the meeting planner account for daylight saving time?+
Yes. The planner uses the browser's Intl API with the IANA timezone database, which automatically applies the correct daylight saving rules for every city.
Can I save my city list for future meetings?+
Your city list is automatically saved to your browser's local storage and will be there next time you visit. You can also use the Share button on the World Clock page to copy a link with your saved cities.
